Cancellation and Payment Policy – Aurora Cabins

This cancellation policy covers bookings made on panoramika.id for Aurora Cabins by Panoramika in Jatiluwih, Bali. In short: free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in, 50% refund from 13 to 7 days, no refund within 7 days or for a no-show.

Payment at booking

Bookings on this website are paid in full online when you book; the reservation is confirmed once the payment goes through and a confirmation email is sent. The total shown before payment is the amount charged. Extras ordered during the stay (minibar, wine, massage, transfer) are paid at the property.

Security deposit

No security deposit is taken at check-in. Damage or missing items found at check-out are charged at cost, as described in the guest policy.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel by email to info@panoramika.id with your booking number; the time of your email counts. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 working days; the time the bank takes to credit the money is outside our control.

Changing dates

You can move your stay once free of charge if you ask at least 7 days before check-in, subject to availability. If the new dates cost more, you pay the difference; if they cost less, the difference is not refunded.

Early departure and late arrival

Nights not used because of a late arrival or an early departure are not refunded. Late check-out is not available.

Weather and events beyond anyone’s control

Rain and cloud are part of the Jatiluwih highlands and are not a reason for a refund. If you cannot travel because of a natural disaster, an airport closure or a government travel ban, the amount paid is kept as a credit for a new stay within 12 months.

Bookings made elsewhere

Bookings made through Booking.com, Airbnb, Trip.com or another platform follow that platform’s cancellation terms.
