Drone Policy

To respect the privacy of other guests seeking relaxation in a quiet environment, drones are not permitted to be flown over private cabins or any part of the hotel without prior authorization. Please obtain permission from Aurora Cabins’ management by Panoramika before operating a drone.

Party-Free and Loud Noise Policy

To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, Aurora Cabins enforces a strict No In-Cabin Party Policy. Loud noises, music, and disturbances are not permitted on the premises. In the event of excessive noise, guests will receive one polite request to lower the volume. Failure to comply will result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without a refund.

Only registered guests are allowed on the premises, and non-registered visitors must leave by 9:00 p.m. If found with unregistered individuals after this time, your stay will be classified as a party and subject to immediate termination without refund. A Guest Compensation Disturbance Fee may also apply.

Pet Policy

Pets are welcome at Aurora Cabins by Panoramika. However, owners are fully responsible for their pet’s behavior during their stay. Pets are not allowed on beds, sofa cushions, or hotel towels to maintain cleanliness and hygiene for all guests.

Damage and Theft of Hotel Property

Guests are liable for any damages caused — whether accidental, negligent, or intentional — to rooms, hotel premises, or property. This liability extends to all members of your party. Upon checkout, hotel staff will inspect the room for damages, including missing items, excessive mess, or damage beyond normal wear and tear. Any such damages will be charged accordingly.

Check-in, Check-out and Guests

Check-in starts at 14:00 and check-out is by 12:00. Each cabin is for a maximum of two registered guests.

Payment for Online Bookings

Bookings made on this website are paid in full online at the time of booking; the reservation is confirmed once the payment goes through. Bookings made through other platforms follow that platform’s terms. Refunds and date changes are covered by the cancellation and payment policy.

Children

Children of all ages are welcome. Every child counts towards the two-guest limit of a cabin, so one adult can stay with one child; a family of three or more needs a second cabin. Extra beds and cots are not available. Children must be supervised at all times, especially around the hot tub, the fireplace and the grill.

Smoking

All cabins are non-smoking. Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the cabins or in the hot tub; you may smoke outdoors on your terrace. Smoking indoors leads to a deep-cleaning charge.

Getting here: transfer and parking

The team can arrange a private car from Ngurah Rai International Airport (56 km, about 2 hours); ask for the price and book at least 48 hours before arrival by WhatsApp or email. Guest parking is free on site. Check-in is possible around the clock, but the mountain road is easier before dark. Luggage can be stored after check-out.
