Privacy Policy – Aurora Cabins

Who is responsible for your data

Aurora Cabins by Panoramika, Jatiluwih, Penebel, Tabanan, Bali 82152, Indonesia, is responsible for the personal data collected on panoramika.id and during your stay. Contact for all privacy questions: info@panoramika.id or +62 823-4064-6117 (phone and WhatsApp).

What data we collect

• Booking: name, email, phone number, country, dates of stay, number of guests, cabin, special requests and the amount paid.
• Check-in: passport or national ID details of every guest, as Indonesian law requires.
• Payment: card or e-wallet details are entered on the page of the payment provider Xendit. Aurora Cabins does not see or store them; we receive only the payment status and amount.
• Messages: what you write to us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
• Website use: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and how you reached the site, collected through cookies (see section 6).

Why we use it

• To take and confirm your booking, take payment and send confirmations (performance of the booking contract).
• To register guests and keep tax and accounting records (legal obligation).
• To answer your questions and look after you during the stay.
• To see how the website is used and make it work better (website statistics, only with cookies as described below).

We do not sell your data and do not send marketing emails without your consent.

Who receives your data

Only the service providers we need to run the booking and the website, and only the data each one needs:

• Cloudbeds – booking and property management system (availability, reservations, guest details).
• Xendit – online payment processing in Indonesia.
• Hostinger – website hosting.
• Google – website statistics (Google Analytics).
• Adobe Fonts – website fonts; your browser connects to Adobe servers to load them.
• WhatsApp (Meta) – only if you choose to contact us there.
• Indonesian authorities, when the law requires it (for example guest registration).

Some of these providers process data outside Indonesia. We use them only under their own data protection terms.

How long we keep it

Booking and payment records are kept for as long as Indonesian tax and accounting law requires (up to 10 years). Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and your stay. Website statistics are kept for up to 14 months. After that the data is deleted or made anonymous.

Cookies

The website uses cookies that are needed for it to work and the booking form, and Google Analytics cookies to count visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website and booking will still work without statistics cookies.

Your rights

Under the Indonesian Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022) you can ask us to:

• tell you what data we hold about you and give you a copy;
• correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
• delete your data or stop using it, unless the law requires us to keep it;
• withdraw consent you gave earlier.

Write to info@panoramika.id. We reply within 3 x 24 hours on working days, as the law requires.

Security

The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to booking data is limited to the staff who need it. If a data breach affects you, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

Children

Bookings are made by adults. We collect children’s data only as part of an adult’s booking and guest registration.
