Booking Terms and Conditions – Aurora Cabins

These booking terms apply to every stay booked on panoramika.id at Aurora Cabins by Panoramika, Jatiluwih, Penebel, Tabanan, Bali 82152, Indonesia. By paying for a booking you accept these terms, the guest policy and the cancellation policy.

Who you book with

Aurora Cabins is operated by Panoramika. Company registration details (NIB) are shown on the invoice and are available on request at info@panoramika.id.

How a booking is made

Availability and rates come live from the Aurora Cabins booking system (Cloudbeds). Payment is taken online by the payment provider Xendit; card details are entered on the provider’s page and are not stored by Aurora Cabins. The booking is confirmed by email after the payment goes through.

Prices

Prices are in Indonesian rupiah (IDR) and are per cabin per night for up to two guests. The total shown before payment is the amount charged.

Guests and check-in

Each cabin is for a maximum of two registered guests, including children. Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out by 12:00. A passport or national ID is required at check-in for every guest, as Indonesian law requires.

House rules and liability

The guest policy is part of these terms. Guests are liable for damage they cause. Aurora Cabins is not liable for loss of valuables left unattended, or for injury caused by not following safety instructions for the hot tub, fireplace and grill.

Personal data

Your name, contact details and booking details are used only to manage your stay and to meet legal registration duties. They are shared only with the booking system, the payment provider and the authorities when the law requires it. To see or delete your data, write to info@panoramika.id. Details: privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are first settled by direct contact; if that fails, by the competent court in Tabanan, Bali.
